Who the #$&% is Jackson Pollock? 01/30/2011
![]() This very entertaining documentary tells the story of Teri Horton, a former truck driver from California, who finds a painting at a thrift shop. When Teri hears it may be a Jackson Pollock, worth about $50 million, she starts a ten-year dialogue with the art world, employing art experts, famous curators and forensic specialists to prove its origin. Even after a forensic art expert, Peter Paul Biro, finds a matching finger print on a Pollock painting in Germany as well as on a paint can in Jackson's studio, the art world doesn't quite believe the painting's origin. So coming to my point, I'm going to leave a fingerprint on all my paintings from now on. PS. I think Teri has the real thing. Add Comment | Art Blog
